For steel: hot-dip galvanize (heavy outdoor protection, 20+ year life), powder coat over zinc plate (weather + cosmetic), Class 3 hot-dip aluminized for extreme weather. For aluminum: Type III hardcoat anodize (structural outdoor), powder coat in RAL colors (cosmetic + protection), 2K polyurethane paint (Pantone-matched outdoor). All rated for 10+ year outdoor service minimum.
Yes — a growing workstream. Stainless steel 316L bipolar plates with precision-machined flow channels (0.5–1.0 mm channel width, 0.2–0.5 mm depth). Titanium-coated plates through partner. Graphite composite plates sourced through specialty partners. Alternative: thin stamped plates manufactured by our metal stamping partners for production volumes.
Yes. TIG or MIG welded aluminum tracker frames and steel pedestal bases. Coordinated machining of mounting features, welding of frame assembly, powder coating or hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection. Typical size: 3–6 m long frames for horizontal single-axis trackers, larger with sectional assembly.
Regular work. CCS/CHAdeMO/Tesla plug hardware, station enclosures (weather-sealed IP44–IP66), cable management components, thermal management heat sinks, display bezels, payment terminal enclosures. Common materials: 5052 aluminum sheet metal, 316L fasteners for corrosion, copper busbars for high-current charging.
Yes. Battery enclosures (steel or aluminum sheet metal with IP ratings), busbars (copper with nickel or silver plating), rack hardware, HVAC integration brackets, fire suppression mounting. Scale from residential Powerwall-class to commercial 100 kWh+ container systems.
Duplex 2205 for structural corrosion resistance. 316L for standard marine hardware. Ti Gr.2 for critical corrosion exposure. Al 5083 for marine plate (weldable and corrosion-resistant). Galvanized and aluminized steel for wave/tidal equipment where duplex is cost-prohibitive. All with full mill certificates and optional corrosion testing.
