FAQ

Mexico customer questions.

Yes — bilingual Spanish-English coordinator handles RFQ correspondence in Spanish. Technical drawings in Spanish accepted. Quote responses in Spanish. For complex technical discussions, English as common language with coordinator facilitating translation.
Yes — MXN invoicing available at fixed PO-date exchange rate. USD invoicing also available and more common for Mexican international procurement. Payment via wire transfer to our MXN or USD account. For smaller orders, credit card payments in either currency via Stripe.
CUSMA primarily covers US-Canada-Mexico trade. Goods manufactured in China don't qualify for CUSMA preferential treatment. Our shipments to Mexico use standard Most Favored Nation (MFN) tariff rates. Mexican customs entry straightforward with proper documentation including RFC number, HS codes, and commercial invoice formatted correctly.
Yes — Mexican maquila operations (contract manufacturing for export) are regular customers. Common work: replacement hardware for production lines, custom fixtures for automotive assembly, specialty parts difficult to source locally. We understand the IMMEX program implications for maquila imports.
Yes — Querétaro aerospace cluster Tier-3 suppliers are a growing customer base. We supply parts to Mexican operations of Safran, Bombardier, Airbus, and other aerospace primes. Our AS9100 workflow meets Mexican aerospace Tier-3 expectations.
DHL Priority: 5 business days Wuxi to major Mexican cities. Typical total lead time from PO: 10–15 days (5–10 days manufacturing + 5 days shipping). Most Mexican customers use DHL for urgency or sea freight for cost savings on larger orders.
